Creating your locker with ByOrder is free. You register with your real details, confirm your email with a code, enter your home address in Colombia and accept the terms. Then, under Mi Dirección (My Address), you find your Miami address and your personal identifier.
What do you need?
- Your real first name, last name and ID number (cédula).
- An email address you actually use: that is where you receive information about your packages and invoices.
- The address in Colombia where you will receive your packages.
Step by step
- Search for ByOrder on Google, go to the website and choose “Ingresa a tu casillero” (Log in to your locker), or sign up here.
- Select the option to register as a new user.
- Enter your first name, last name and ID number.
- Enter your email and confirm the 4-digit code you receive.
- Complete your home address information.
- Create your password.
- Check your details, read the terms and conditions and accept them.
- Log in with your email and password.
Where do you see your US address?
Under Mi Dirección (My Address) in your account. That is where you find your Miami addresses and your personal identifier.
